Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or other circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside of MistComb™'s control.

Any delivery timeframe provided on our website is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

MistComb™ cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, MistComb™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delays may occur due to, but are not limited to:

Carrier delays or backlogs
Customs processing or inspections
Severe weather
Public holidays
Transportation disruptions
Government restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Unexpected carrier operational issues
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

A delay in transit does not mean that an order has been lost or that MistComb™ failed to fulfill the order.

If tracking shows that your parcel is still in transit, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delayed shipments and provide available tracking information where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

MistComb™ is not responsible for temporary gaps or delays in tracking updates caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building's reception/mailroom, and the delivery location indicated by the carrier.

MistComb™ may provide available delivery confirmation or proof of delivery supplied by the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside of MistComb™'s control.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

MistComb™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Circumstances Outside Our Control

MistComb™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, transportation interruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when these situations occur; however, such circumstances do not constitute a guarantee of a refund, cancellation, or compensation.
